Complemented Broth Condiment: Dried Scallops, Cordyceps Flower, Dried Shitake, Red Dates & Goji Berries.

Herbal Benefits: Anti-Aging, Improves Blood Circulation, Strengthen Bone & Boost Immunity.

Cooking Instruction:
Step 1. Defrost, put 1L of Cordyceps Mushroom broth into a pot and add in rinsed herbal condiment, dried scallop, except Goji. (Optional: Add in fresh chicken 600-800g)
Step 2. Bring to boil and simmer in low heat for 45min. Add in Goji to simmer for another 15 minutes.
Step 3. Dish out and ready to serve. To enjoy it as Hotpot soup broth, recommended to add 500ml of water.

Storage Instruction: Keep Frozen at -18. (Best consumed within 30 days of purchase)
