Step 1:
First, enjoy your Chilli Crab Hotpot soup base with the 18 hotpot premium ingredients that comes with the set.
Do not pour any top-up broth into the pot.
Step 2:
When the soup base thickens and dries up till approximately 1/2 a pot, add in the additional crab and cook for 2-3mins.
Add in the beaten egg in rotational direction and stir slowly for 5 seconds.
Allow the sauce to simmer for another 1-2mins.
Step 3:
After the soup base thickens, and turn into thick gravy, your Chilli Crab is ready!
